Huntington's disease

Huntington's disease is a genetic disorder  that affects muscle coordination and leads to conitive decline and  dementina.  This disease is the most common genetic cause of abnormal involuntary writhing movements called chorea and is much more common in people of Western European descent than in those from Asia or Africa. This disease is caused by autosomal dominant mutation. Physical symptoms of Huntingtion's disease begins at any age. If both parents have this disease, then all children will get it.
